We cook a modern German natural cuisine with Ayurvedic standards.
The special feature of our vegan cuisine is that we prefer local products and orientate ourselves to the season. All vegetarian dishes can always be ordered fully vegan.

Our half-board according to the motto “Refined Normality” still includes an additional vegan dish to choose from every day.

A highlight is the breakfast buffet. Vegan spreads, Ayurveda breakfast porridge, grilled vegetables also from local cultivation, raw vegetables, baked fruit, waffles and more you will find daily on the buffet.
