The organic Berghüs Schratt is located in Oberstaufen-Steibis in the middle of the natural Allgäu landscape.

For years Berghüs Schratt has been using organic products in an exklusively vegetarian and vegan kitchen. The organic ingredients come from well-known producers who value high quality.

You will not find a microwave, artificial flavours like glutamate etc., iodized salt or convenience products in our kitchen. Instead we use fresh fruits and vegetables, stone and Himalaya salt, freshly ground spelt, energized water, carefully selected herbs, high quality oils and of course a lot of love. Many herbs are from our own herbal garden.
