Genuine, natural, simple and honest – the best characteristics for our ambitious cuisine. Certified, monitored and guaranteed organic at the highest standard. As a certified organic restaurant, we only use ingredients from organic farms, orchards and plantations – free from genetic modification and any chemical additives. And more and more, word is getting around about the passion with which we are living out our vegan vision, too.
Food intolerance like lactose or gluten intolerance are not a problem for us.
